in a couple of weeks..... marks my three years of being with my love one... And with this I don't feel the need to celebrate myself so much, but appreciate..... the guy who helped me be where I am.....he is sooooo so special... Having him who puts my safety, my contentment and evolution at the forefront is both humbling and gratifying...

Cupcakes Recipe

Ingredients
• 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
• 1 1/3 cups sugar
• 3 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup shortening
• 1 cup milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 large eggs


Easy Cupcake Recipe Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line cupcake pans with paper liners.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
Add shortening, milk, and vanilla.
Beat for 1 minute on medium speed. Scrape side of bowl with a spatula.
Add eggs to the mixture.
Beat for 1 minute on medium speed. Scrape bowl again. Beat on high speed for 1 minute 30 seconds until well mixed.
Spoon cupcake batter into paper liners until 1/2 to 2/3 full.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool 5 minutes in pans then remove and place on wire racks to cool completely.
Once cupcakes are completely cooled, frost with your favorite frosting recipe or decorate as you desire...

A Rainy Day...

It's cold and rainy outside...
and I feel so sleepy..actually I've a lot of works to do..but at this moment, I'm not in a good mood..

Today I went to my faculty to attend some good lessons given by my super duper seniors..
Now I realize that I've many things to do..and to think about...they've taught me something that I won't get in any class~
so priceless..

I learned something again this morning...and I will never stop learning~
because..there is far too much in this life to learn.. I am learning to enjoy where I am in life, while I get to where I am going..
I know...God has the best plans for me... and I will have patience while He works it out for me.. =)

Exams ohhh...

Life has been unkind to me lately... huuuu~~~bad things happened again n again last two days..but its ok...
wellll. ..my round of exams from hell begins next two days...n i dun read anything yet except for media law~ I have three exams,two days in a row...WISH ME LUCK!!! (I am going to need it!)

What is love bottle?...Love bottle is a reusable glass water bottle made partially from recycled glass.

I think everybody should have their own love bottle ~ heee...coz it's beautiful..good for planet and good for u...my bf oso gave me a cute love bottle..really miss it..[coz I left it at my home n rite now im in college =p]

Thursday, August 13, 2009. This day will put on my top list forever. I've finally meet my bf...[again...after a week..hehe] he's my best boyfriend...Yeah that's right, my best'est' friend ever, no one will ever have a chance to take his place. We're having so much fun together..we went out and talked like around 2pm to 5pm, watched movie [gi joe], and the best part is that ...tgk bunga api...area pesta konvo.. it was right top of our heads...wow..so big,beautiful and clear[fuhh..surely so expensive]..
it was such a wonderful experience and i hope i could see it again..with u my dear..
